Hike Norfolk |
- 19th December 2009: Stalham (Night hike) |
Five intrepid young explorers braved the snow storms to successfully complete a 16 mile night walk around Stalham and Happisburgh. Despite zero visibility at times and relying on a compass everyone made it throughout the night with no problems. Spirits remained high with a mixture of chat, minestrone soup and pro-plus, to make a walk in conditions that are unlikely to be encountered again for a long time. View Photographs |

- 2nd May 2010: Tittleshall |
Ten of us enjoyed a blustery but bright spring walk from Tittleshall village on 2 May. The walk took us to Mileham for an early lunch, and then up through green lanes and across some beautiful fields back past Godwick medieval village to our cars. View Photographs |

- 15th May 2010: Reepham |
Thirteen and two dogs set out on this ten’ish mile walk, admiring the tranquility of Wood Dalling and the grand abodes of Norton Corner. We enjoyed a lazy lunch in the sunshine (with a pint) on the village green at Heydon, then somehow motivating ourselves to get going and return to Reepham via meadows and rape seed fields.
