Can I cheekily add the next leg-stretchers into our diary? We have a walk on the Saturday, so the leg-stretchers Sunday one fits in nicely (especially for lunatics like me that will try and do both!)

I unfortunately missed today's.

I think, although Richard may correct me, that the walk is Sunday 15th March at Holkham?

Excellent, if nearer the time anyone wants to go and happens to be able to pick me up from Norwich, that'd be good :)

I'm not scared of 17 miles! well, maybe I am.

Is Michelle going? Don't tell her how long it is :)

I'd have to say it is 1.7 miles

She may go to Castle Acre as may I if I don't have to work the Saturday.

Hey me too!!!!! Hope to make one if not both of the walks so can pick u up Julian if you still need a lift, or anyone who wishes to share a lift with me and Daisy! Have a provisional hair appointment on the Saturday but 12.5 miles seems more appealing than 17 at the moment, or perhaps I will forget the hair cut and do something mad like do them both - but not as mad as doing them both with a hangover .......!!!!!!!???????

Do 'em both, I am :)

Think Liam is doing the Julian collection service from Norwich, unless he wants to merge cars, etc?

Hi Lucy/Julian, I'm defo doing Sunday but not too sure on Saturday yet due to work commitments, will know nearer the time, but if we do both walks we can split the journeys from Norwich if you want.

Soz, I misread that - David's offered me a lift on the Saturday, so I'm all sorted for both days, but will let drivers work out the details :)

I can't wait to start learning to drive shortly so that I can actually give people lifts as well!

I'm not sure doing these two days is sensible (30 miles), but I'll give it a go!

Mark I can give you a lift from Norwich with Julian and Lucy so that's my car pretty much full, are you able to get to train station?

Cheers

I've just noticed I didn't mention the time this walk starts - which is 9am from Holkham. This isn't one of our walks, it's the leg-stretchers, and I think they like to leave promptly.

I'm dreading being told what time I have to be picked up (and even sorrier for Liam!).

6.30am? That's when I was hoping to get in from the night before :)

Does the grid reference 132/891436 mean anything? That's all my booklet thing says, and Holkham Village Car Park.

I'm hoping Richard might be coming to this one, as at the last Holkham walk he parked in a different car park to everyone else :) So he might know where best to go.

Grid references mean jack all to me- I never use a map to drive anywhere to my walks, but I do use GPS and will happily convert this to co-ordinates for TomTom to show us the way :)
