Welcome to my walk details.
Start point:- Banham Church
Walk distance:- 7 miles
Start time:- 9.30am. Please ensure you arrive in time so we can start promptly
Terrain: Relatively flat along paths, tracks and country lanes.
Pub lunch location: The Gamekeeper, Old Buckenham.
Parking: free parking on the roadside is available near Banham Church
Directions from Norwich:- Norwich, NorfolkUK
1. Head west on Cattle Market St toward Crown Rd 115 ft
2. Slight left to stay on Cattle Market St 0.2 mi
3. Slight right at All Saints St 161 ft
4. Slight left at All Saints Green 0.2 mi
5. Slight left at Brazen Gate 39 ft
6. Turn right at A147/Queen's Rd 0.1 mi
7. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A11/St Stephens Rd
Continue to follow A11
Go through 3 roundabouts 11.1 mi
8. Take the exit toward Station Rd 0.2 mi
9. Turn left at Station Rd 0.7 mi
10. Take the 2nd right onto Bunwell Rd 1.6 mi
11. Continue onto Bestthorpe Rd 0.3 mi
12. Turn right at Upgate St 2.0 mi
13. Slight left to stay on Upgate St 0.4 mi
14. Take the 1st right onto B1113/The Turnpike
Continue to follow B1113 0.6 mi
15. Turn left to stay on B1113 0.1 mi
16. Turn right at B1113/King St
Continue to follow B1113 2.2 mi
17. Turn right at Church Hill 30 ft
Banham Norwich, Norfolk, UK
Please bring plenty to drink, appropriate footwear, waterproofs etc.
Lunch:- Please let me know no later than 9.00am on Saturday 21st if you would like lunch at the pub, so I can confirm final numbers with the landlord - thank you
