Hi,

For everyone's info - cost pp. is £9.95 if you are having the BBQ meal!

You will also be able to arrive from around an hour before 8:30, as our designated area will be available to us from then. If there's not enough space, their garden is large enough as well.

S.

No worries, Emma - I agree, don't blame you - the vegetarian option is a bit rubbish, isn't it..? They have quite a nice general menu I think, so hopefully you'll find something on there if you decide to eat, otherwise just come along for a drink.

Payment is obviously necessary only if you're eating.

See ya!

Hi everyone,

Just to confirm that the BBQ is still on for Sat! Just spoke with the pub who confirmed that the food (for those of you who are eating) will be served at 8:30 pm - so if you'd like to arrive from 8:00ish or earlier for a drink, that will probably work well.

There are still a few days left to book yourself on if you're interested, otherwise, come along for a drink or two.

I have the following down as definite attendees:

Amy, David, Ian, Richard, Graham, Paula, Matt, Andrea, Adele, Tom, Katherine, Jonathan, Kev, Sophie, Nicky and Emma.

Will post again if any changes. Hope the sun shines!

Hi folks

I'll try to join you for a drink during the eve (not for food) - have to behave myself as am leading a walk the next morning, and don't fancy being too dehydrated and hungover...

Hi all,

Just to confirm what's happening with the food tomorrow, we've got 15 people booked in to eat, but the pub will cater for 20 which means that once everyone's been served, you'll be welcome to help yourselves to what's left, which will be left out on the tables.

I have the following final group: Matt, Andrea, Katherine, Tom, Amy, David, Graham, Richard, Ian, Paula, Darren, Sophie, Kev, Jonathan and Adele.

If, like Emma, you'll be along for drinks, or would like to order food from the menu, please do!

Sorry for "instructions", but I won't be there myself as I'm entertaining my mother visiting from SA, but the pub is expecting you, and you can ask them which area is designated for the meal at 8:30. See you later on in the evening for a drink.

PS I tried to convince the pub to exchange the additional food for complimentary drinks, but no such luck... Hopefully you'll be full though!

Hi Sil,
Only just realised this was on, and as I live round the corner this will be the first time ever I don't need a lift! I will be along later just for drinks. See everyone there, and have a good time with your Mum, Sil.

Clive, I was planning on getting the bus from Wym so I could partake in a couple of drinkies. The bus would get us there either just after 7pm or just after 8pm, i think from Hetherset they go about 10mins to the hour. Fancy meeting on the bus?

Well, if you're going to join me on a bus trip then the earlier one, if not I'll probably get the later one so I don't have to sit on my tod if no-one else is there

Hi,

Thankyou to everyone for "co-operating" with all the arrangements! Really glad you enjoyed it. Sorry to not make much of it myself - it was a very busy and special weekend with my mum visiting, but I was glad we were able to pop in for a drink.

See you soon.
