If you are leading a walk from now onwards, please could you take a moment before you do your walk to download the Walk Leader's form. The form can be accessed from the top of any of the Walking Resources pages in the new part of the site.
The form can be used as a list for you to record expected attendees before you start your walk, and then as a list of people who actually attended on the day of your walk.
It would also be very valuable if you are able to ask attendees if they are members (of the Ramblers), non-members (i.e. not chosen to join yet) or guests of members.
If you could e-mail a copy to me (membership@hikenorfolk.org.uk) after your walk, I would be extremely grateful. This information will be kept securely by the Membership Secretary only and used to ascertain member and walker numbers for planning.
